Floorplan Case Study: This unit was in a great building, well-priced, and
over 2,500 square feet, but it appeared dark and enclosed. Our plan to
renovate… Open up the living space by demolishing walls. Change a powder room
to a full bath for instant appreciation in value! Expand the maid’s room to a
guest/den, with built-ins. Create a banquette dinette for family meals with seat
storage. And configure a gourmet’s kitchen that would please any chef. Sold!
Standardized Operating Procedures
Prerequisites for a New Buyer
April 20, 2022
Page1Properties is dedicated to assisting all persons sincerely seeking a new
home toward a successful experience. However, our company limits our
geographic area of operation to Manhattan, with a focus on the East Side.
We do not require a prospective homeowner to present identification, sign an
exclusive representation agreement, have a pre-approval letter from a mortgage
loan provider, or present written qualifications regarding their financial
condition.
Once the prospective buyer has identified a property and wishes to make an
offer, our office then requires our clients to complete a REBNY Financial Form
disclosing the details of their finances as well as a pre-approval letter from a
mortgage institution in an amount appropriate for the purchase of the new
home.
